We have been successfully supplying and delivering products to our customers for nearly three decades and strive to ensure every delivery is on-time and problem-free. To help ensure your delivery experience is a smooth as possible please see the FAQs below:
1. When will you deal with my order?
We will begin to process your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
2. How long will my delivery take?
All wall-mounted display cabinets are made to order. We guarantee to deliver all orders within 6 weeks of date of receipt of payment, but usually achieve this within 3-4 weeks. If you give us your phone number we will telephone you the day of despatch to let you know your order is on its way.
3. What time will I receive my order?
Standard delivery is between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
4. Do I need to sign for delivery?
The courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so make sure somebody is around
5. What if I’m not home?
If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from their depot.
6. Do you charge extra delivery for multiple products?
Multiple products are charged at a reduced rate.
7. Are your couriers safe and secure?
Yes! We work closely with our couriers to ensure you get the best service. So no ‘lost in post’ excuses.
8. I need it urgently, can you help?
If you have a specific deadline to meet we will endeavour to help wherever possible – call us for more information!
Damage & Shortages
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damage or any missing items. Please notify us immediately of any damage or shortages and ensure that you keep all packaging and replace it back in the box with the items. Our only stipulation is that you report this to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery and we will arrange to send replacements to you . Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.
Money Back & Returns Policy
As all orders are tailor-made we regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer money back for unwanted display cabinets.
